Yay! So glad you're doing well and that this challenge has motivated you into these good and maintainable habits. I love Skechers Energy 2s, too -- they come in so many fun color combinations. I've got black/white/grey/silver ones. Sadly, they haven't seen much action since I got my Nike Frees, but they're still fantastic shoes.


While I can't comment on Tapping... since I can't find my book, yadda yadda yadda. I can comment on overtraining, which I have done more times than I can count. There was even a time when I was so sick I couldn't train with the team, but I still went to practices and slept on the high jump mat (we were training indoors). Anyhow I reccomend not overtraining. Although I have a heck of a hard time taking my own advise, I have to actually tell myself that it's okay for me to stop and not go crazy everyday with my activity du jour, I find I love said activity a lot longer when I let myself have time away from it. That being said, my new favorite thing is the bosu, which I mentioned before and skipping. I love skipping, it's such a fantastic aerobic workout, and it's so fun!
